With 448 square feet (14x32) of workspace, Double Exposure is our largest studio available. It provides plenty of natural light (with north and south exposure) spilling in through two large windows mirroring each other at the ends of the studio. A built-in sink area and cabinetry make it our most versatile space. It is large enough for a small art exhibit, pop up show, photo shoot, art classes and so much more.
Rates: $200 for a 3 Hour Block (Minimum Booking) which includes time needed for set-up &breakdown. Discounts are available for additional hours and multiple block bookings.

Northern Lights is Artstyngs’ medium-sized studio, offering 180 square feet (15 x 20) of work space and high 11-foot ceilings. It has two large windows facing the north as well as two doorways on the south side, giving it the potential to become a shared studio with the use of movable walls. This studio has an extra layer of upgraded soundproofing, making it an ideal space for music rehearsal or lessons, photo shoots, arts and crafts and small exhibits to name a few.

The Nest is Artstyngs’ smallest and most intimate studio. Don’t overlook this one because of the size! Large floor to ceiling windows do a great job opening up the space, while also providing lots of natural light from the south, as well as a beautiful view of the Live Oak that it sits in. This multipurpose space is ideal for painting and crafts, with its built-in sink area.
Rates: $50 for a 3 Hour Block (Minimum Booking) which includes time needed for set-up & breakdown. Discounts are available for additional hours and multiple block bookings. Rates for longer term options are available for this studio.
